I am hoping that the doomsday prophecies and Nostradamus have become a thing of the past. These shifts are moving us into a new direction. This direction brings change and many are afraid of change. We are not conditioned to trust our own instincts. Well, in spite of what all of the commercials will tell you and the doctrines that are preached to us throughout life, our instincts have been assisting in survival forever. Within each of us is a library of knowing. Each cell holds knowledge to survive, to heal, to evolve and to overcome any obstacles in the way. There are more and more people coming forth who have studied innate ways to heal and flourish on this planet than ever before. It is time to reawaken to what we as Divine Human Beings can do. When you struggle with a decision isn’t there a voice that usually pops up right away and offers guidance? We know the answer. That is when many will doubt that they know and seek the guidance elsewhere. Do you often look back and say, I should have gone with my first instinct? That is because your innate self knows. Start listening.
What if you were able to self regulate and heal your body/mind by tuning into this innate self? It wouldn’t sit very well with most of the large corporations of the world would it? They need your self-doubt to make their profits. I am suggesting that this year you give yourself a one-year valentines gift of trusting and loving yourself. Listen to the innate voice within. Talk to your cells and listen to their feedback. If you are a parent of one of these special and magical children, instead of losing your patience, ask them what they are feeling and what they need. They will usually know. If it isn’t the norm, well…so be it. They are more sensitive to things like TV’s, microwaves, and electronic devices. These have been the babysitters for many years now. These children will not respond in the same ways to these stimuli. They are not wired the same. Try flower essences to calm and regulate – for yourselves and them. Plan a garden or take a walk. The earth speaks not just in violent ways. Learn to listen to the nuances.
The more we can learn to communicate – with each other, the earth, animals and creatures – the closer to balance we will be. When I called my practice The Art of Seeking Balance I had no idea just how much this title would play into the next years of transition and change. Balance is truly an art. It must be practiced and refined like any other art form. When in beauty or motion it is obvious. When within, it can be allusive. Your mind will call upon old conditioning to cause doubt. Create the space in stillness to hear your voice of wisdom. Most of all, be grateful for each other and for what you have. We are all learning together. Communication is key. Let's master this "human gift" together - because we can . Good things will come to you if you do.
Blessings, Love and Peace to You, Meredith
